Our service processes messages only from leads who have texted or called your TextTiger AI number first (inbound-initiated conversations). We do not support unsolicited bulk messaging.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your active account plus 30 days after account closure
- Lead and conversation data: Retained for up to 24 months from the date of last interaction, or until you request deletion
- Call recordings: Retained for up to 12 months, then automatically deleted
- Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations
- Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days
